# Privacy

The short version: your games stay on your device.

## Your games stay in your browser

The card games run entirely in your browser. Player and team names, scores and votes are never sent to us or anyone else. There are no accounts, no chat and no forms that submit anything.

## What is stored on your device

To let a game survive a page refresh, the site keeps a few things in your browser's local storage: team and player names with their scores, your settings for each game (audience, categories, difficulty, timer and sound), which cards you have already seen so they are not repeated, and your colour theme. They stay on this device. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes them.

## Page view counts

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which games are popular. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other sites, and never receives what you type or tap in the games.

## Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse; see [Cloudflare's privacy policy](https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/).

## Sound and the screen

Timer beeps and buzzers are made on your device and only play if you switch sound on. Big-card mode uses your browser's full-screen feature. The site never asks for your microphone, camera or location.
